اس معاہدےکے تحت روس نے پاکستان کو ایم آئی 35 ایم جنگی ہیلی کاپٹرز کرنے کا فیصلہ کیا تھا۔ یہ معاہدہ سابق آرمی چیف جنرل راحیل شریف کی کوششوں سے طے پایا تھا۔ اب اس معاہدے کے تحت روس نے پاکستان کو ایم آئی 35 ایم جنگی ہیلی کاپٹرز کی پہلی کھیپ فراہم کر دی ہے۔ پہلی کھیپ میں پاکستان کو 4 ایم آئی 35 ایم جنگی ہیلی کاپٹرز فراہم کیے گئے ہیں۔ جبکہ اگلے سال میں پاکستان مزید 20 ایم آئی 35 ایم جنگی ہیلی کاپٹرز روس سے حاصل کرے گا۔
